Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Application Manager to support the management, configuration, and enhancement of business applications. The role involves working closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operations, quick resolution of application issues, and implementation of small-to-medium system enhancements. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about improving IT-driven business processes.

Reports to: IT Head

Role & responsibilities


• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, etc.).

  • Assist in user account management, configuration changes, and access controls.
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve incidents, issues, and system bugs.
  • Document recurring problems, prepare knowledge articles, and support user training.
  • Support testing activities (UAT, regression testing) during upgrades or new releases.
  • Help implement small enhancements and participate in larger application rollouts.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Contribute to application audits, security checks, and license management.

Preferred candidate profile


• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in application support, IT helpdesk, or system administration (internship/entry-level experience acceptable).


• Basic knowledge of ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), Databases (SQL), or SaaS apps is an advantage.


• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) is preferred.


• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.


• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow into advanced application management responsibilities.
