Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and audits. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong understanding of corporate finance, taxation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for management review.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and cash flow projections.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and ROC filings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities for audits, financial reporting, and funding requirements.
  • Manage working capital efficiently and oversee fund flow management.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
  • Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Review and approve vendor payments, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in all financial reporting.
