As we expand, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to lead our financial operations with accuracy, insight, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.


• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow projections.


• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances independently.


• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.


• Monitor budget utilization, cost control, and working capital management.


• Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely book closures and reconciliations.


• Prepare management reports for review by the Directors, highlighting key financial insights and variances.


• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and vendors for credit, loans, and other financial matters.


• Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal financial controls.


• Contribute to strategic financial planning, including cash flow forecasting and CAPEX/OPEX management.

Qualifications & Experience


• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred.


• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance and accounts (preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication industry).


• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software/ERP systems.


• Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks.


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and provide financial leadership to management.
