Job Title: Accountant

Location: Senior Accountant

Preference: ICWA or Group Clear with 360° exposure in accounting

Experience Required: 4–7 years (or as per your requirement)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the complete accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management with valuable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end company accounting, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial entries.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and ensure timely filings and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audit support.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, vendor payments, expense tracking, and payroll-related accounting.
  • Develop and implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Support management with MIS reports, financial analysis, and decision-making inputs.
  • Ensure timely closure of books of accounts every month.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and company compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
