We are looking for a qualified
QA/QC Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Construction projects
(
ID WORKS).
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction works, materials, and workmanship comply with approved drawings, project specifications, industry codes, and quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Prepare, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans, inspection checklists, and quality procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of civil works
    (Concrete, Masonry, Finishes, ID works, MEP etc
    .) to ensure compliance.
  • Review and approve material submittals, method statements, test reports, and ensure compliance before execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections and quality approvals.
  • Issue and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and maintain quality records.
  • Verify third-party testing and ensure calibration of construction equipment.
  • Support internal and external audits to maintain QA standards.
  • Ensure HSE requirements are adhered to during all QA/QC activities.
  • Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction QA/QC procedures, codes, and standards (IS, ASTM, BS, etc.).
  • Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Certification in QA/QC or ISO standards will be an added advantage.
