Job Opportunity: QA/QC Engineer (MEPF) at Project, Bengaluru

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous
QA/QC Engineer
specializing in
MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting)
to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for a large-scale infrastructure project.

Location

Role: QA/QC Engineer (MEPF)

As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be crucial in maintaining quality compliance throughout the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of all MEPF works.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Experience:
    6–8 years of dedicated
    QA/QC experience
    on large-scale
    construction or infrastructure projects
    , specifically focused on MEP works.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Strong, in-depth knowledge of
    MEP systems
    (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) and relevant international standards and codes (e.g.,
    ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IS
    ).
  • Quality Documentation:
    Proven hands-on experience in the preparation and review of
    ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
    , method statements, material submittals, and comprehensive QA/QC documentation.
  • Inspections & Testing:
    Expertise in quality assurance, on-site inspection, system testing, and smooth
    commissioning
    of MEP installations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Experience in managing and facilitating third-party inspections, securing client/consultant approvals, and participating in external audit processes.
  • Education:
    Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
  • Tools:
    Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, MS Office, and QA/QC reporting tools
    .
  • Soft Skills:
    Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a relentless
    attention to detail
    .
