Roles and Responsibilities

  • Experience in tender process of searching, reviewing, downloading, documentation and submission of government tenders. Candidate must be familiar with various e-procurement websites and should have the ability to handle complete tender lifecycle.
  • Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information's to top management to get approval for bidding.
  • To prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.
  • Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
  • Preparing Rate Analysis with logical risk factor pricing.
  • Search Government Tenders & filling (online and offline).
  • Prepare all the documents related to the tender.
  • Online registration on the various portals for tender.
  • Online payment, uploading the documents online final submission.
  • Study, analyze and evaluate tender documents, drawings, specification, bill of quantities (BOQ) and finalizing scope of work in order to identify risk factors
  • To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company.
  • Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.

  • Taking active participation in client meetings, coordinate for site visit inputs compiling the pre-bid clarifications for submission and disseminate the information to different stakeholders of the tender.

Candidate should be well aware about all portals and the process of tendering for all government department.

Should have knowledge and experience in cost optimization, preparing competitive offer, attend discussions with client, secure orders.
