Assistant ERP Support Team Lead – FERObill

Location: Changanacherry, Kottayam | Full-time

We're hiring an Assistant ERP Support Team Lead for our FERObill software team. You'll handle client support, guide junior staff, and work with the dev team to resolve issues.

What you'll do:

  • Support FERObill users with daily ERP issues
  • Guide and train junior support staff
  • Coordinate with dev team for escalations
  • Assist in implementation and training

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years ERP support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting workflows
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team coordination experience is a plus
