Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Freshers who aspire to build their careers in Railway Operations. The role involves handling operational processes related to railway bookings, coordination with stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end railway booking operations through Tripjacks portal.
  • Assist travel agents and customers with railway ticketing queries.
  • Monitor booking status, cancellations, refunds, and amendments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve booking and operational issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling operational requests.
  • Maintain records of transactions and prepare MIS reports.
  • Provide seamless support to agents to enhance customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduates (Any discipline: B.Com / B.A / BBA / B.Sc / BCA, etc.).
  • 0-1 year of experience (internship or project exposure in travel/operations preferred but not mandatory).
  • Passion to build a career in travel industry operations.
