Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the development of construction projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to determine project requirements, objectives, and budget.
  • Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings using CAD, BIM, and other design software.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local building codes, and zoning regulations.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and design reports for client approval.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to plans.
  • Recommend sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Professional license/registration as an Architect (preferred or as per local requirement).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent visualization, design, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
