Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team The Architect will be responsible for designing planning and overseeing the development of construction projects ensuring functionality aesthetics sustainability and compliance with building codes and regulations The ideal candidate should have strong design skills technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate with clients engineers and contractors Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to determine project requirements objectives and budget Develop architectural concepts designs and detailed drawings using CAD BIM and other design software Ensure compliance with safety standards local building codes and zoning regulations Prepare presentations proposals and design reports for client approval Collaborate with engineers contractors and consultants to ensure smooth execution of projects Conduct site visits to monitor progress quality and adherence to plans Recommend sustainable and cost-effective design solutions Stay updated with the latest architectural trends materials and technologies Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture Professional license registration as an Architect preferred or as per local requirement Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other architectural design software Strong knowledge of building codes safety regulations and construction methods Excellent visualization design and presentation skills Strong project management and communication abilities Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
