About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Marketing Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing sales of construction materials building strong customer relationships and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth Key Responsibilities Sales Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with builders contractors architects and other key stakeholders Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Marketing Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans including digital marketing social media and traditional marketing channels Create marketing materials such as brochures presentations and product catalogs Organize and participate in trade shows exhibitions and industry events Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field Proven track record in sales and marketing preferably in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction materials and industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A dynamic and challenging work environment A chance to be part of a growing and successful company If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and marketing we encourage you to apply Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Lead generation 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Required Marketing 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
