DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact potential or existing customers to promote a product or service.

Answer questions about products or the company.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Enter and update customer information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Respond to complaints or questions about a product or service.

Follow up on initial contacts and upsell.

Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating as needed.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.

Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and drive results.

Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge.

Continuously improve through feedback and training.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

A bachelor's degree is preferred

Female candidates preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent telephone etiquette.

Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficient in computer skills, including the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Ability to handle objections and overcome objections in a professional manner.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Previous experience in sales or tele sales is preferred, but not mandatory.

Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor even under pressure

PACKAGE AND SALARY

Starts from 15000 INR per Month + incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
