Account & finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and creating Annual Operating Plans (AOPs).
- Ensure timely tax compliance (GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements).
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management for financial reporting.
- Support management in cash flow planning and expense tracking.
- Maintain documentation for all financial transactions and audits.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and financial planning.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full accounts cycle.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
