Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and creating Annual Operating Plans (AOPs).
  • Ensure timely tax compliance (GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements).
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and management for financial reporting.
  • Support management in cash flow planning and expense tracking.
  • Maintain documentation for all financial transactions and audits.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting and financial planning.
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full accounts cycle.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
