Job Summary:

The Account Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP system.
  • Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and government regulations.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
