
HR Executive

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of human resources and administrative functions. This includes attendance tracking, payroll processing, overtime & incentive calculation, salary administration, and supporting day-to-day administrative and HR operations in line with company policies and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & Salary
- Prepare and process monthly salaries.
- Generate and distribute payslips.
2. Attendance & Leave
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Manage leave applications and records.
- Handle biometric or manual attendance system.
3. Overtime & Incentives
- Track OT hours and calculate payments.
- Process monthly incentives as per company policy.
4. HR Support
- Maintain employee records and files.
- Handle employee queries related to HR.
5. Administration
- Manage office supplies and general upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR/Admin.
- Good knowledge of payroll and attendance systems.
- Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
