Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and drive qualified walk-ins to the clinic through calling, events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls, social media, online leads) and convert them into walk-in appointments.
- Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring follow-ups and timely reminders.
- Educate prospective clients about Isaac Luxe services, offers, and packages.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in generation performance.
- Ensure a high-quality client experience during first contact and visit.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for walk-ins, consultations, and conversions.
- Maintain a professional and client-centric approach in all communications.
