Position: QA Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
to lead the Quality function at our
Sameerwadi location
. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep expertise in food safety, and a proven track record in managing quality systems in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the
  Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
  .
• Ensure quality inspection plans for incoming raw materials, packing materials, intermediate, and final products.
• Conduct verification and validation of process flows in line with FSMS.
• Drive implementation of
  GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  and
  GHP (Good Hygiene Practices)
  .
• Oversee
  Food Safety and Customer Audits
  , ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Handle and minimize
  customer complaints
  through corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to
  corporate customer requirements
  .
• Conduct
  sustainability audits
  for accreditations such as Bonsucro, SGP, Sedex, ISCC, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all
  legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements
  .
• Conduct
  verification & validation of CCP/OPRP
  before each production season.
• Maintain and update
  HACCP system
  based on hazard analysis and food safety concerns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background:
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in
  Food Science
  or
  Chemistry
  .
• Food Safety Certification courses
  (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Experience:
• Minimum
  10 years of progressive experience
  in the Quality function.
• At least
  5 years in a leadership role
  heading Quality/QA function.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to handle audits and customer interactions with confidence.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving approach.
