Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Hotel Interns who want to build a career in the hospitality industry. This internship provides hands-on exposure to Hotel Operations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations in a professional 4-star hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily hotel operations across Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping, and Banquets.
• Greet, assist, and guide guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Support the team in guest check-in/check-out and handling reservations.
• Learn and support in F&B operations (restaurant, bar, banquets).
• Gain knowledge of housekeeping procedures, room upkeep, and standards.
• Assist in event/banquet coordination and guest servicing.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain service quality, hygiene, and operational standards as per 4-star hotel requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Students pursuing Graduation / Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
• Freshers with a passion for the hospitality industry are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work in different departments during training.
