**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Raw Material Analysis**:
Inconsistent quality of grains, water, or other ingredients can affect the final product. Lab assistants need to ensure these materials meet specific standards.

**2. Fermentation Process Monitoring**:
Deviations in temperature, pH levels, or yeast activity during fermentation can lead to off-flavors or reduced alcohol content.

**3. Distillation Process Control**:
Inaccurate temperature control or pressure regulation during distillation can result in variations in alcohol concentration and flavour profile.

**4. Product Quality Control**:
Regular analysis of the final product to ensure it meets standards for alcohol content, clarity, and flavor is crucial. Discrepancies here can lead to off-spec products.

**5. Safety Procedures**:
Inconsistent adherence to safety protocols can lead to accidents or equipment damage.

**Skills & knowledge**:
1. 0-1 years’ experience in lab/ Fresher can apply

2. Exposure to Cosmetics, Chemicals & Ethanol

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
