Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Content Creator with a passion for hospitality, travel and lifestyle content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing and managing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility, customer engagement and footfall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (Reels, videos, photos, stories) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Regular photography and videography of ambience, food, events, theme setup, customer experiences and staff/captain interactions
  • Plan and execute content strategies to promote seasonal offers, events and festivals
  • Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos highlighting hospitality experience
  • Collaborate with marketing team to optimize content performance and brand consistency
  • Monitor social media trends and apply them creatively to improve reach
  • Maintain a weekly posting calendar for consistent online presence
  • Engage with audience comments, enquiries, and feedback professionally (as needed)
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers for collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator in hospitality, travel or lifestyle industry (preferred)
  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom)
  • Understanding of social media analytics and trending formats
  • Excellent storytelling and creative direction abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Flexible for weekend shoots, events & peak hours
