Job Title: Graphic Designer

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Creative Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join our team. The role involves creating engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional material.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign visuals and creatives.
  • Edit images, videos, and graphics for various platforms.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and software.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Support the team with innovative design ideas for events, websites, and branding.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Graphic Designer (internship/freelancing/agency experience acceptable).
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva (knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro will be an added advantage).
  • Strong sense of design, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle feedback positively and deliver quality results.
