**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative designs for digital and print media including social media creatives, brochures, banners, presentations, infographics, packaging, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and present ideas clearly.
- Edit and retouch images as needed.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve design quality.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and varied design work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
