**Primary Purpose of the Role**:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer responsible for creating impactful visual design solutions. This role involves understanding clients' needs, interpreting brand guidelines, and crafting compelling visuals that resonate with audiences. If you have experience in brand design, social media creatives, and design guidelines, and you’re passionate about creative, dynamic design, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creative and unique social media graphics that meet client expectations.
- Ensure timely completion of social media creative designs as per content and ad publishing schedules.
- Collaborate closely with social media and campaign managers to produce ad creatives.
- Develop style frames and storyboards for motion graphics.
- Design and modify UX and layout for landing pages as needed.
- Show an active interest in motion graphics, print technology, UI/UX, and video creation.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a graphic designer, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled in upholding brand guidelines and producing on-brand designs.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to translate ideas into effective visual design.
- Detail-oriented and diligent in reviewing your work.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and comfort speaking with clients, both internal and external.
- Strong foundation in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, and typography.
- Ability to manage independent projects and team responsibilities.
- Public speaking and clear English communication skills will be a plus, as this role involves presenting and interacting with clients.
