**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization**: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with project goals and objectives.
- **Design Creation**: Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, and presentations.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across all platforms, adhering to established brand guidelines.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy retrieval and collaboration.
- **Adaptability**: Be adaptable and responsive to changing project requirements and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Canva and other relevant tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail, color theory, and typography.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to new design trends and technologies.
