**Job Overview**:The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating eye-catching and effective designs for our magazine publications and social media platforms. This role requires a strong sense of visual aesthetics, creativity, and the ability to adapt designs to various formats and styles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Magazine Design**:

- Design and layout magazine pages, including cover pages, feature articles, advertisements, and other editorial content.
- Collaborate with editors and writers to understand content and create visually engaging designs that complement the text.
- Ensure that all magazine layouts adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in design and style.
- Prepare print-ready files and work with printers to ensure high-quality production.
- **Social Media Design**:

- Create compelling visuals for social media platforms, including graphics, infographics, banners, and promotional content.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all social media channels in alignment with the brand’s image and voice.
- Adapt designs for various social media formats and ensure they meet platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the social media team to understand campaign goals and create designs that drive engagement and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing magazine layouts and social media designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
