About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Conversational AI Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent virtual agents that deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will be instrumental in leveraging the latest Google Cloud technologies, including Dialogflow CX and Gemini, to build scalable, high-performing, and multilingual conversational solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Conversational AI Engineer, your responsibilities will include :

- Design and Development : Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of complex conversational flows and virtual agents using Dialogflow CX and other Google Cloud AI services.

- Model Building : Integrate and leverage the power of Gemini and other Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance agent intelligence, natural language understanding, and response generation.

- Multilingual Expertise : Develop and manage multilingual conversational agents, ensuring accurate intent recognition and context management across various languages.

- Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize bot performance metrics, implementing A/B testing and fine-tuning strategies to improve user engagement, intent accuracy, and fulfillment rates.

- Integration and Deployment : Design and implement robust integrations with back-end systems, CRMs, and enterprise services using RESTful APIs and webhooks for seamless transactional capabilities.

- NLP and NLU : Apply a deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) fundamentals, including intent recognition, entity extraction, context management, and dialogue state tracking.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.

- Coding and Scripting : Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python or JavaScript for custom integrations, fulfillment logic, and serverless functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum of 6+ years of dedicated experience in Conversational AI development.

- Strong, hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX (mandatory) and other Google Cloud AI frameworks.

- Proven track record of successfully building, deploying, and scaling multilingual conversational agents in an enterprise environment.

- Deep technical proficiency in NLP, NLU, intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management.

- Experience with conversational analytics platforms, bot performance tuning, and setting up effective A/B testing protocols.

- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, preferably Python or JavaScript.

- Familiarity with consuming and creating RESTful APIs, webhooks, and developing cloud-based integrations.

- Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities, as well as strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Possession of a Google Cloud Certification in AIML, Data Engineering, or Dialogflow.

- Direct experience with other conversational platforms (e.g., Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, Amazon Lex).

- Exposure to voice bot development and working with Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
