Our technology services client is seeking multiple
Senior Conversational AI Engineer
to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:

Role: Senior Conversational AI Engineer

Experience: 6- 12 Years

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Mandatory Skills: Conversational AI development, Dialogflow CX Gemini, Google Cloud AI frameworks, JavaScript, Python.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conversational AI Specialist with over 6 years of expertise in designing developing and optimizing intelligent virtual agents using Dialogflow CX Gemini Google Cloud technologies and multilingual capabilities
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable highperforming conversational experiences and driving innovation through AIpowered solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced conversational agents using Dialogflow CX Gemini and Google Cloud AI technologies
  • Implement and maintain multilingual bots ensuring seamless user experience across languages
  • Apply industry best practices for conversational design NLP tuning and bot performance optimization
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including UX designers product managers and developers to deliver highquality AI solutions
  • Conduct regular performance audits and implement enhancements to improve bot accuracy response time and user satisfaction
  • Integrate conversational agents with backend systems APIs and thirdparty platforms
  • Deploy and manage conversational agents on Google Cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI NLP Gemini and Google Cloud technologies
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Conversational AI development
  • Strong handson experience with Dialogflow CX Gemini and Google Cloud AI frameworks
  • Proven track record of building and scaling multilingual conversational agents
  • Deep understanding of NLP intent recognition entity extraction and context management
  • Experience with bot performance tuning analytics and AB testing
  • Proficiency in JavaScript Python or other relevant programming languages
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs webhooks and cloudbased integrations
  • Excellent problemsolving communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Cloud Certification in AIML or Dialogflow
  • Experience with other conversational platforms eg Rasa Microsoft Bot Framework
  • Exposure to voice bot development and speechtotext technologies
  • Experience working in agile environments and using tools like JIRA Confluence etc
