Role Definition
We are looking for
Senior AI Engineers
to join
Project Aura
and drive the
hands-on development of AI agents and conversational systems
. These engineers will play a pivotal role in
prompt engineering, designing and fine-tuning agentic workflows
, and integrating AI systems with multiple
data sources and service APIs
, including EMRs, scheduling systems, and lab results.

The ideal candidates will have strong
Python skills
, experience with
AI/ML frameworks
, and a proven track record of building
multi-agent or RAG-based AI systems
in healthcare or similarly complex domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI agents and conversational systems forming the core of Project Aura.
  • Perform prompt engineering and optimize AI workflows for real-world applications.
  • Build, maintain, and fine-tune multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines for healthcare use cases.
  • Integrate AI agents with various databases, APIs, and external services (EMRs, lab results, scheduling tools).
  • Work with Vector Databases to manage embeddings, semantic search, and data retrieval.
  • Collaborate with product managers, AI architects, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, test cases, and reproducible pipelines for AI workflows.
  • Ensure solutions comply with data privacy and healthcare regulations.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers, or LangChain.
  • Experience building multi-agent systems or RAG-based architectures.
  • Proficiency in Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS) and embedding management.
  • Experience integrating AI systems with APIs and external data sources.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI, LLM orchestration, and agent workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data systems (EMRs, scheduling, lab results) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in prompt engineering for LLMs.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Prior work in clinical or healthcare AI applications.
