Jobs Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Content creation: Your primary goal is to help the business heads prepare high-impact content for each class. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating with top educators to prepare teaching aids for live classes, creating compelling, visual representations of core concepts, preparing after-school assignments, ready reckoners, quizzes and more.
  • Content standardization: You will need to define and enforce standards for quality of content that is presented and/or shared to learners for every class. It is critical that we have a robust quality check process and ensure that no explicit content makes its way to our learners.
  • Organizational effectiveness: Help incubate / refine and run essential systems and processes related to content for the K-12 category. Sense and implement opportunities for process improvements.
  • Strategic initiatives: Guide the organization on new, innovative ideas to improve the learner experience.
  • Generates results from the students studying in our Franchise and SIP centres.
  • Ensure smooth Faculty management and students feedback process.
  • Conduct regular Seminar/Webinar for the students along with the star faculty of Motion.
  • Manage and motivate the academics team and meets the deadline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
