Academic Content Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our academic content team.
- About the Role:
- Provide academic insights and support in script creation and content planning.
- Support the content creation team by providing accurate academic input.
- Collaborate with designers and animators to ensure conceptual clarity.
- Translate curriculum-aligned content into visually and pedagogically effective formats.
- Conduct quality checks and identify factual or pedagogical errors.
- Coordinate with research faculty and creative teams in breaking down complex topics.
- Support in creating visuals, examples, and exercises as required.
- Support the creative team with diagrams, illustrations, or other teaching aids.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-7 years of experience in EdTech or academic content development.
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology.
- Expertise in 9th and 10th standard curriculum is essential.
- Basic understanding of instructional design and multimedia content.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and feedback-handling skills.
- Ability to simplify and structure concepts for visual formats like PPTs and animations.
- Solid understanding of relevant AI tools and platforms for improving productivity and creativity.
