Job role – Business Development Executive
Are you a passionate communicator with a knack for building strong client relationships?
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in
Mohali.
5 days work week(Monday-Friday).
Location: Mohali.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (B2B/B2C)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong in outbound calling and lead generation
Confident, proactive, and result-driven
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calls and networking
Build and nurture client relationships for long-term success
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
