Job Title: Program Management Intern South India (Karnataka & Kerala)

Locations: Bangalore & Kochi (One intern in each location)

Employment Type: Internship (Hybrid)

Duration: 3 months (extendable to 6 months based on performance)

Stipend: 8,000 per month

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for two enthusiastic and proactive Program Management Interns to join our South India team, one based in Bangalore and one in Kochi. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and operations while working closely with industry leaders in the auto-tech space.

This is a hybrid role with a strong telesales and client coordination focus. You will be responsible for handling multiple tasks, managing client communication, and supporting the field teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle telesales activities to promote our products and services to new car and bike dealerships.
  • Coordinate with the Zonal Head South and field teams for lead management, client follow-ups, and training support.
  • Assist in key account management and customer experience initiatives.
  • Track and report sales activities using MS Excel.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate .

  • Language Skills:

  • For Bangalore role Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.

  • For Kochi role Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in both languages will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong convincing skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over calls.
  • Good multitasking and coordination abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
