Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager at our retreat in Bengaluru South. The Guest Relations Manager will oversee guest experiences, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries, facilitating personalized experiences, addressing and resolving issues, training the team on customer service best practices, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction management
  • Excellent Communication skills for fostering guest engagement and coordination
  • Experience in Training staff to deliver outstanding hospitality services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create memorable guest experiences
  • Leadership capabilities and a dynamic personality to motivate and manage teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in boutique or luxury hospitality is highly desirable
