Role Description

The Senior Engineer role at JSW Steel is a full-time, on-site position located in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for leading engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting feasibility studies, liaising with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Experience with engineering projects and process optimization
  • Strong understanding of quality and safety standards
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
