About the Role
We are looking for a motivated
AWS Sales Executive
to join our team in Mumbai. The role requires a mix of
cloud knowledge and strong sales skills
. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and help them adopt
AWS cloud solutions
that improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for
AWS cloud services
. - Meet with prospective clients to understand their IT challenges and position AWS as the right solution.
- Manage the
entire sales cycle
: prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closure. - Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers.
- Work closely with the
technical cloud consulting team
to prepare solution proposals and demos. - Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for AWS services.
- Keep up-to-date with
AWS products, services, and pricing models
to effectively position offerings. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
in
IT/Cloud/SaaS sales
(experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred). - Strong understanding of
cloud computing concepts
(IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, migration, cost savings). - Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
. - Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle enterprise accounts.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or other
AWS certifications
are a plus (not mandatory).
