Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager in the SIS BUSINESS division at KISNA, located in Bathinda. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, developing business plans, providing exemplary customer service, and executing strategic account management tasks. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client data, planning and executing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and strategic planning
- Expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic implementation
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bathinda
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
