Job Responsibility

  1. Responsible for Quality Control through process control.

  2. Overall management of all LQC Supervisors / Engineers through work guidance.

  3. Responsible for Managing Process Audit as per schedule to have better control on process.

  4. FPA Verification of in-house component before start of production.

  5. CTP/CTQ process parameter monitoring and responsible for Weekly review line issue, audit points & PPM trend.

  6. Participate in process control during new product introduction and responsible for quality improvements projects.

  7. New Product FPA & Supplier Part FPA Line Trial.

  8. Critical process audit Foaming, Ultrasonic, Lock ring and other critical areas of line quality.

  9. Focused actions on system component failure and safety related issue.

  10. SFRN - data analysis & control and share the report to concerned stakeholders.

  11. Maintaining ISO system as per requirement.
