Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels. Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Proactively network and engage with potential candidates.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors/ Master's degree in relevant field
The role will eventually move full-time, basis intern's potential & performance.
