We're looking for a passionate Pastry Chef who can bring creativity, precision, and excellence to our kitchen.

Responsibilities

Develop & produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods

Innovate with new flavors, textures & presentations

Maintain consistency, quality, and taste standards

Train & supervise junior bakers and assistants

Ensure hygiene, FSSAI & HACCP compliance

Manage production planning, costing & inventory control

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Bakery & Patisserie or Culinary Arts

3–8 years of experience in professional pastry or bakery kitchens

Strong knowledge of both Indian and continental desserts

Creativity, discipline, and attention to detail

Team leadership and a genuine passion for baking
