Salary: 15,000 + Incentive + TA
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the digital marketing space. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, email marketing, social media).
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Sales Management:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Forecast sales and prepare sales reports.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute successful campaigns.
- Share best practices and industry knowledge with the team.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
