Our AI-powered platform acts as a virtual data analyst—able to query, explore, and explain complex datasets across cloud data warehouses with minimal prep. What You'll Do

  • Lead technical onboarding for enterprise customers, from data warehouse connectivity to semantic layer configuration
  • Understand customer business goals and translate them into optimal WisdomAI setups
  • Write and tune SQL queries, adjust data models, and configure AI contexts to improve accuracy and performance
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges across cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and shape future features
  • Produce technical best-practice guides, reusable configuration templates, and enablement resources

What You'll Need

  • Technical foundation — degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • 3–6 years in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineer, analytics engineer, data engineer, etc.)
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational data modeling
  • Experience with at least one major cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks)
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack (dbt, ETL tools, APIs) is a plus
  • Comfort with basic scripting (Python, Bash, Terraform) to support integrations and automation
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
