Eligibility: ITI Graduates (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, etc.)
Experience: 02 years (Freshers welcome)
About the Role:
We are hiring Customer Engineers to provide onsite technical support and maintenance for our clients across Bangalore. If you're an ITI graduate looking to build a career in hardware support and field services, this is your chance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite repairs and maintenance on Tier I equipment: PCs, printers, POS systems, ATMs, kiosks, etc.
- Assist in installation and setup: cable laying, equipment staging, and basic testing.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and modular replacements.
- Respond to customer issues and ensure resolution or escalate as needed.
- Maintain ownership of incidents until resolved within SLA timelines.
Who Can Apply:
- ITI graduates in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Hardware.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore for onsite support.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
