Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Senior Sales Manager / Floor Manager
to lead and manage the entire sales team on the floor. The role involves driving sales performance, managing client relationships, overseeing team activities, and ensuring achievement of business targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the entire sales floor team to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct daily team briefings, allocate leads, and track performance.
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance productivity.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure conversion of leads into closures by effective negotiation and relationship building.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Operations & Floor Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Monitor lead management systems (CRM) and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing critical deals.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and ethical practices.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance against targets.
  • Provide management with insights on sales trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
  • Implement strategies to improve overall conversion ratios and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven leadership in managing large sales teams in the
    real estate industry
    .
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, RERA compliance, and market trends.
  • Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5
    -7 years of experience
    in real estate sales, with at least
    3+ years in a managerial role
    .
