Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Actively promote housing loan products to potential customers through various channels (direct sales, referrals, online marketing, etc.).
Generate and manage leads, identify sales opportunities, and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for housing loans.
Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate loan products.
2. Customer Consultation:
Advise potential borrowers on the types of housing loans available, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options.
Perform a thorough analysis of customers financial backgrounds to assess their loan eligibility.
Provide customized loan solutions tailored to customer needs.
3. Documentation and Process Handling:
Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for loan applications.
Ensure all documentation is in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure a smooth loan approval and disbursement process.
4. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
Follow up with clients during the loan application and approval process.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly, offering solutions as needed.
5. Market Research & Reporting:
Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry changes that may affect loan products and services.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing performance, prospects, and outcomes.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all loan processes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data with the highest level of professionalism and security.
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector; housing loan experience is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of loan products, financial regulations, and customer service principles.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
