Hiring Order Management / Data Management Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role:

This position is part of the Order Management and Data Management team within Customer Operations. The role involves process enhancement, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient order-to-cash operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input to the Manager regarding process updates impacting internal procedures, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with TCS, Billing Support, and CSS functions to design effective and simplified process flows and resolve blockers.
  • Own and manage critical workflows such as SAP Support and Adhoc bulk projects.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to identify challenges and drive process efficiencies.
  • Support major change initiatives by assisting in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and BVT (Business Validation Testing).
  • Act as a domain expert and mentor for team members when required.
  • Share feedback with management on common customer concerns and suggest improvements.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team for training and process refreshers.
  • Drive order-to-cash simplification and streamlining projects using BPI (Business Process Improvement) methodologies with Master Black Belts.
  • Liaise with technical and operational teams to resolve system issues and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Order Management systems and workflows – including SAP, Trust, and Siebel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management initiatives is an advantage.
