Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Development team for Banking & FinTech Products. The Head of Development will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and innovation in our technology offerings, focusing on delivering high-quality products that meet regulatory standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking and financial services industry coupled with extensive experience in software development and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and enhancement of innovative banking and FinTech solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage the development lifecycle from concept through deployment.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular analysis of market trends to identify opportunities for new product offerings.
  • Oversee technical architecture and system integration strategy to support product scalability.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product development and updates.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in software development methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) or related field.
  • Minimum of 11 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the BFSI sector, particularly in banking and FinTech.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance in the financial services industry.
  • Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
