Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Writer to create and manage clear, accurate, and compliant documentation for LSPedias software products. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into simple, user-focused content. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Compliance teams across the US and India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain user guides, release notes, API documentation, and configuration manuals for product modules.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand new features and document them accurately.
  • Create process flow diagrams, data models, and technical reference sheets.
  • Manage document revisions and version control in alignment with LSPedias documentation standards.
  • Simplify complex compliance topics (e.g., DSCSA, EPCIS, and partner integrations) into clear end-user content.
  • Support validation documentation (URS, FRS, SDS, IQ/OQ/PQ) as part of the product release process.
  • Work with QA and Training teams to ensure consistency across help content, training materials, and internal wikis.
  • Participate in reviews to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 6 to 9 years of experience as a Technical Writer for SaaS or compliance-driven software.
  • Strong understanding of software documentation practices, version control, and change management.
  • Familiarity with serialization, pharmaceutical compliance, or supply chain traceability is a plus.
