The Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to take ownership of product documentation and elevate the customer experience through clear, consistent, and user-focused content. In this role, you will mentor junior writers, collaborate with developers and product teams, and expand documentation into training, UX, and API content. You will also lead innovative approaches to documentation using advanced tools, AI workflows, and video content.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will:

• Own end-to-end documentation for entire products, including user guides, admin guides, release notes, and FAQs.
• Mentor and coach Junior Technical Writers through reviews, guidance, and skill development.
• Create end-user training content such as job aids, training modules, and onboarding flows.
• Develop and enforce UX writing frameworks, including voice, tone, and terminology guidelines.
• Take full ownership of API documentation in collaboration with developers.
• Ensure cross-product terminology, messaging, and UX content consistency.
• Lead the video documentation strategy for assigned products, producing high-quality

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced DITA and Oxygen XML (complex maps, troubleshooting, publishing optimization).
• Training content authoring tools (presentation software, e-learning platforms).
• UX research and testing tools for validating interface content effectiveness.
• AI workflow integration for content optimization and maintenance.
• Professional video production experience.
