Company Description

PANHA is a safe, anonymous platform supporting individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. We provide four main services: an anonymous chat platform, a human buddy for listening (peer support), an AI-driven buddy for 24/7 support, and counseling therapy sessions. Driven by a 6,000-strong peer support community and a passionate team of 100 changemakers, PANHA addresses issues such as breakup trauma, family disputes, academic pressure, anxiety, and depression. Our vision is to decrease suicide cases by offering compassionate and confidential support.

Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Content Strategist. The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies, creating and editing web content, and ensuring content aligns with the organization's goals. Daily tasks include content planning, writing, editing, and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall content experience.

Qualifications

  • Content Strategy, Content Management, and Content Development skills
  • Web Content Writing and Writing skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in mental health or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field is beneficial
